Review your hands
with a solver

Paste a hand history. At every decision, SolvUp shows what the solver plays and how much expected value (EV) your choice gave up, in plain words. No ranges or bet sizes to set up first.

Send us an email and you will be the first to hear when it launches.

How it works

Paste, wait, read

Made for people who have never used a solver. The settings that take experience are filled in from the hand history.

Paste a hand history

Paste the history your poker site saved, or open the file. You can also enter a hand by hand.

Solved on your PC

Preflop comes from a 6-max solution solved ahead of time (rake included); from the flop on, the hand's own spot is solved.

Read it in plain words

Every decision is graded: fine, or how much it cost and why, written out as sentences.

Features

Reasons, not just numbers

No need to learn to read a solver's screens: SolvUp writes the solver's answer out for you.

EV lost at each decision

How far each choice fell short of the solver's best play, in big blinds and as a share of the pot. A play the solver itself mixes in is not called a mistake.

Plain-language explanations

With the reasons behind them: equity, pot odds, where your hand sits in the opponent's range. In English, 한국어, 日本語, 简体中文 and 繁體中文.

Your leaks

Across the hands you reviewed: where and in which spots you lose the most, and how your tendencies differ from the solver's.

Adjust it if you want

The defaults are enough, but the advanced settings let you change bet sizes, in-position sizes, no donk bets, and your own and your opponent's ranges, and solve again.

Runs on your PC

Your hand histories are solved on your own PC, not uploaded. Raked games are solved with the rake.

Many hands at once

Queue several hands and they are reviewed one after another; each finished one opens from your history.

Hand histories

Straight from your site

SolvUp reads NL hold'em cash game hand histories (in English) from:

  • GGPoker
  • Winamax
  • iPoker beta

FAQ

Questions

When does it launch, and what does it cost?

We are getting it ready. The date and the price will be on this page and in an email as soon as they are set. To hear first, email contact@solvup.app.

How long does reviewing a hand take?

From seconds to a few minutes, depending on the hand. It is solved on your PC, so it also depends on the PC, and you can keep queueing hands while one is being solved.

What does it run on?

It is a desktop app for Windows 10 and 11 (64-bit). A solve keeps itself within the memory your PC has free.

Do I need to know how to use a solver?

No. Ranges and bet sizes are worked out from the hand history and the result is explained in sentences. Once you are used to it, the advanced settings let you adjust them.

Where do my hand histories go?

Nowhere: reviews are solved on your PC and your hand histories are not sent to a server.

One email is enough. Questions and feature wishes are welcome too.
